A private estate of sixteen villas. THEVA Horizon Samui is a gated estate of sixteen pool villas in Lipa Noi, on the south-westcoast, developed and built by THEVA Construction. The land, the build and the estate management all sit within the same group. WHAT SELLS THIS PROJECT The view is held by the slope, not by a clause — the sixteen plots step up 8,900 m² of hillside and each villa passes above the roof of the one before it.
