The development

Norden Barn Habita Maejo is a residential housing project located in Pa Phai, San Sai, Chiang Mai. Completed in January 2020, the development offers 70 modern homes designed in a minimalist Nordic barn style, blending simplicity, functionality, and natural warmth. The project includes both single-storey and two-storey homes, featuring 3 to 4 bedrooms and 2 to 3 bathrooms.
